The colour of the radiators can appear to be slightly different in comparison to what you have seen on a PC screen, this is due to differential monitor settings. Any order placed for non-standard products which we have to source from elsewhere cannot be cancelled after acknowledgement from the Radiator Factory. The vast majority of our products are guaranteed for between 12 months and 25 years and the terms of this guarantee are replacement or repair of the failed product only. Please also note that the guarantee from the Radiator Factory is only valid if the unit is correctly installed by a qualified engineer.
